Introduction to Breathwork

Veterans, current serving Defence personnel, and their partners are warmly invited to attend this Introduction to Breathwork session.This session is ideal for anyone who:
Is seeking “me time” for calm, space, and gentle expansion
Is feeling stressed, fatigued, or overwhelmed
Would like an emotional reset and greater mental clarity
Is curious about breathwork and how it can support wellbeing
During the session, you will learn how breathing patterns influence the nervous system and overall wellbeing. You will be safely guided through gentle breathing practices designed to encourage deep relaxation, followed by time for reflection and integration.
The session will be held in a trauma‑informed environment, ensuring a supportive, respectful, and choice‑based experience for all participants.
