We are excited to invite you to this exclusive panel discussion. Learn how to gain new board roles, how to position yourself for success on a board, and how to navigate and improve board dynamics. Our amazing panellists include:
- Fergus Kiel, our host, is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Sydney office and country leader of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice in Australia. He has placed chairpersons and non-executive directors in many sectors in ASX100 companies.
- Claire Braund OAM is co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of Women on Boards Australia and is herself an experienced Non-Executive Director. Claire became a Churchill Fellow in 2011 for her research into the effect of gender quotas on publicly listed boards in Norway, the UK and France.
- Michael Ellies is an LBS alum (MBA1992) and a Non-Executive Director with experience across healthcare, government, financial services, media and not-for-profit sectors. He has served on five boards and has been a board chair and chair of an audit & risk committee.
FACILITATOR:
- Maia Ambegaokar is an LBS alum (MBA1993) who previously worked in advisory to boards and is currently on the boards of Musica Viva Australia and Sisterhood Foundation (of Wesfarmers Health).
This is also a unique opportunity to network with LBS alumni serving on boards in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
