Jamestown Visual Merchandising Workshop
About
Led by the well-recognised and experienced Sarah Davies from The Merchandiser, the workshop will provide local retailers with hands on skills and simple, cost-effective techniques to improve window displays, product placement and overall store layout, using existing props and stock.In addition, one lucky business will win a free makeover of their window valued at $1,000 by simply registering for the workshop.
This workshop will develop the participants’ ability to analyse their stores in a dynamic interactive discussion and cover:
• Retail store as a destination
• Touch points needed to take the customer on the journey
• Story telling
• Inspirational space
• Make the product the hero
• Sensory experiences
• Increase accessibility to the product and people
• Creating a place of play
An optional demonstration will be held at the winning business from 1pm to 3pm that you are welcome to attend. Address of this is TBD.
