Celebrate Mother’s Day with a truly special shared experience.

Enjoy an elegant afternoon of ballet and high tea, creating beautiful memories with your loved ones. Take a ballet class led by former Queensland Ballet principal dancer Kimberley Davis alongside your mother, daughter, grandmother, or other special family members—no experience necessary.

Following the class, relax and indulge in a delicious high tea, catered by Lumbr.

• Additional Family Member: $25

Recommended for ages 7 and up. 

Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners

Important Booking Information

Each booking must include at least one “Mother’s Day Experience – 2 People” ticket.
Additional Family Member tickets are available for extra loved ones joining your pair (e.g. additional child, grandmother, aunty).

Instructor Bio

Kimberley Davis trained in Maitland, NSW before continuing her studies at the Victorian College of the Arts, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Dance. She joined Queensland Ballet in 1993 and was promoted to Principal Artist in 1999, performing numerous leading roles across both classical and contemporary repertoire.

Throughout her career, Kimberley worked with renowned choreographers and performed in productions such as Giselle, Coppélia, and The Nutcracker, as well as original works created specifically for her. In 2002, she was nominated for a Helpmann Award for her performance in The Big Three.

Kimberley continues to share her passion for dance through teaching and is also a qualified Pilates instructor. We are thrilled to have her as one of the exciting new additions to the CDA teaching team in 2026.
