Wednesday 29th July 7pm - 8.30pm
Across four thoughtfully paced workshops, we explore shared language and identity, the impact of shame and masking, nervous system regulation and communication, and the process of rebuilding life through values, boundaries, and self‑trust. This series gently holds experiences such as late diagnosis, grief, internalised ableism, rejection sensitivity, and relational and professional struggles, while offering compassionate frameworks for integration and growth.
Grounded in therapeutic practice and lived experience, Reframing Minds creates a safe, reflective space to make sense of the past, understand the present, and move forward with greater clarity and self‑compassion.
Facilitated by Transpose Therapy & Wellness, this series is suitable for neurodivergent adults, allies, and professionals seeking a deeper, affirming understanding of neurodivergence.
