The Open Door Teaching Program (ODTP) is a professional development initiative where teaching staff voluntarily open their classrooms for colleagues to observe.Have a look at the available sessions below and choose one that you think would be most useful to observe. You don't need to choose a session that is in your own discipline; in fact, viewing what other staff are doing outside your own discipline can be a great way of getting new ideas and inspiration for your own teaching.
