Session 1:     ESOS Act and National Code Update (2 hours)
This session will provide a targeted update on recent legislative changes, alongside best practice considerations, including:

   - Key amendments to the ESOS framework and what they mean in practice
   - Education agent changes, including commission restrictions and new requirements
   - Refresher on core National Code obligations relevant to schools (particularly Standard 5 and student support)
   - Homestay and welfare considerations, including common compliance gaps
   - Emerging risk areas and current regulatory focus

Session 2:      PRISMS Training (1 hour)
This component will focus on practical reporting scenarios, including:

   -  CAAW updates and welfare reporting considerations
   -  Managing agent and student details in PRISMS
   -  Student course variations and common reporting pitfalls
   -  Practical examples to reinforce correct reporting approaches
