About

A 3-day practical course designed to equip participants with the essential skills needed to step confidently into food and beverage attendant roles. Participants develop practical front-of-house skills in hospitality service, customer service, and how to safely serve and prepare food and alcohol. All ages welcome.

Upon successful completion participants receive the Liquor Control Victoria Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and a statement of attainment for SITHFAB021 Provide responsible service of alcohol. Suitable for those seeking entry level work in hospitality front of house or looking for a career change.
