This 1hr 25 min seminar is for real estate agents, builders, property developers and consortiums across the Western Downs Region who want to learn more about Council’s investment opportunity in Wandoan. Aligned with WDRC’s Economic Development Strategy 2023–2028 and the Local Housing Action Plan, Council invites local real estate and development businesses to explore partnership opportunities to support delivery. This is an information and market-sounding session: Council will outline the opportunity and seek industry feedback on feasibility, pricing, delivery risk and market appetite, with a view to potential development through a house-and-land package model. Join the Economic Development and Procurement teams as we work with industry to deliver practical outcomes for the Western Downs community. Light refreshments will be provided.
