Join us as we welcome acclaimed chef Jamie Fleming into the Theo’s kitchen for an unforgettable one-off long lunch. Expect eight beautifully considered courses that hero the very best of the region’s produce — from pristine local seafood to expertly prepared meats and peak-season vegetables.
Jamie will be teaming up with Jake to create a thoughtful menu — think eight punchy, flavour-packed courses celebrating the best local produce. Expect fresh seafood, quality meats, and plenty of seasonal veg, all brought to life with their approach of always focusing on letting great ingredients shine while keeping things fun and approachable.
$120 per person (+ booking fee)
