Sound & Spirit are grateful to be returning to Foreshore Hall, Tanilba Bay this winter, to offer a series of restorative sound journeys for the community — a space for rest, regulation, and reconnection.Commencing the weekend of the Winter Solstice, this series invites you into a gently held seasonal unfolding…
As winter draws us inward, you are invited to slow down, soften, and rest in rhythm with nature — held in a warm, supportive space where nothing is required of you.
Simply arrive, lie down, and receive.
Each 60-minute session is a restorative sound journey, woven with live-looped music, traditional sound healing instruments, and gentle guided meditation. A layered soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and guide you into deep rest.
Across the winter season, each gathering offers a different thread of restoration — a chance to return again and again, and go a little deeper each time.
You are welcome to attend a single session or journey through the full series.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are final. Cancellations more than 7 days prior may be requested in writing to soundandspiritau@gmail.com. Cancellations within 48 hours are eligible for a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another name.
