The Supreme Court of Victoria is launching a new Court of Appeal Learning Program.This self-guided program provides access to a range of resources to explore the role and work of the Court of Appeal:
- Insights into the appeals process
- Opportunities to watch hearings via livestream
- Behind-the-scenes perspectives from judges and Court staff
The Court of Appeal Learning Program has been developed to support legal education and build understanding of the work of the Court of Appeal. It will appeal to law students, Bar readers and anyone with an interest in understanding how appeals are heard and determined.
