About
RIOT (Resilience in Our Teens) is a child development course that aims to support you and your child through the ups and downs of life. Designed and developed by psychologist, author and teacher Michael Hawton it equips you with a practical set of tools, and a solid understanding of the theory behind these to enable you to build resilience, manage challenges and enhance your child’s overall wellbeing. Throughout 2025, students engaged in various activities and lessons that promote positive mental health and empower them to thrive in their personal and academic lives.Our focus for the evening is 'Raising young people in the Era of anxiety'
