Please complete this booking form to have your child/ren's photos taken during photo week Monday 11th - Wednesday 13th May. Photos will be taken each morning from approx 9am till lunchtime. We aim to take a mix of candid and posed photos and sibling photos will be taken where applicable.

There is a $25 booking per family, which is redeemable against your order.
