Join us for Bubbles & Brie, a relaxed sparkling wine and cheese tasting hosted by iconic local cheesemaker and internationally recognised cookbook author, Lyndall Dykes, in our garden marquee.
Lyndall will guide you through four varieties of Squealing Pig sparkling, each perfectly paired with cheese. You’ll learn how they match, how to serve them, and even how to make your own, all while enjoying a fun, indulgent experience. Guests will be treated to a gift bag, exclusive discounts on wines, and if you’re joining us for lunch don't forget to prebook as all mums will enjoy bottomless bubbles*. Our Mother’s Day charcuterie boards will also feature the tasting cheeses, so you can share your new-found knowledge with your loved ones.
Book your mum, wife, girlfriend, partner, aunts, sisters and all the important mother figures in your life into one of our Bubbles & Brie VIP tasting sessions. You’re welcome to join her, and we’ve even got Mother’s Day card-making activities to keep the kids happily occupied while you do.
While you’re booking, you can also add a bottle of bubbles or a cheesemaking class voucher (or both), and we’ll package it up beautifully for you. Choose to collect it from the bottle shop before the day, or have it waiting on your table when you arrive, complete with a complimentary stemless glass and bottomless bubbles for the ladies you love.
