Creating an AI-Powered Business - Workshop
About
2026 has changed everything in the AI landscape - and small businesses are now entering a new era where AI is no longer just a tool for content or admin support. This practical, jargon-free workshop is designed to help business owners understand what’s changed, what’s coming next, and how to start building an AI-powered business model that improves productivity, streamlines operations, and prepares your business for the rise of AI agents and automation.By attending, you will gain:
* A clear understanding of the major AI shifts happening right now - and why 2026 is a turning point for business
* Guidance on how to build an AI operating system - a repeatable structure of workflows, tools and processes that support your whole business
* Insight into the move from “chatting with AI” to building agentic workflows and using AI agents to complete real tasks
* A practical framework to identify which tasks in your business are AI-ready (and which ones are not)
* Examples of how small businesses are already using AI to scale output without burning out
* A future-focused view of where AI is heading next, and how to prepare your business now so you stay competitive and adaptable
* Practical next steps you can apply immediately to start integrating AI in a structured, ethical, human-centred way
