Hi everyone, next workshop will be Sunday 3rd of May.
10:00AM to 12:00PM
The topic will be the under the legs passing. We will be looking at:
- Single under pass and double unders + entries
- Over/under pass and connections to single-under and smash pass
- Passes and back takes from the full stack position
- Specific training and sparring.
This session will be held in the Gi but is relevant for nogi as well.
