Polish Impressions: An Evening of Classics and Jazz

Immerse yourself in the masterpieces of Chopin, Moniuszko, and Wieniawski, before being swept away by iconic Polish hits in surprising new arrangements. This is an evening full of emotion, celebrating our heritage in one of Perth's most prestigious venues, the Government House Ballroom.

Songs will be sung in Polish. The event will be hosted in English. Light refreshments will be served at interval by Polish Eco Jar Restaurant.

Meet the artists

• Magda Lisek (Soprano): Acclaimed Perth-born lyric coloratura soprano seen with West Australian Opera, Opera Australia, and WASO.
• Marta Nowicka (Crossover Soprano): Polish-born, Vienna-trained virtuoso seamlessly blending classical opera with jazz and musical theatre.
• Kasia Boccamazzo (Violinist): A rising 16-year-old Perth talent weaving together classical mastery with traditional Polish folk music.
