If you’re aged 16–24 and live in Brimbank, this is your chance to learn real skills, build confidence, and connect with your community.

Throughout the program, you’ll:

• Learn the fundamentals of barbering from experienced barbers
• Get plenty of hands-on practice to build your skills
• Go on an excursion to a local barbershop and learn how a barbershop runs 
• Put your learning into action by providing free haircuts at community events
• Show off your skills at an end of program barber showcase

Whether you're exploring a future career or just keen to try something new, this program is all about learning by doing in a supportive, fun environment.

We recommend this program to those who:

• Already have a keen interest in barbering
• Cut hair casually, without any formal training
• Have never cut hair but is strongly considering becoming a barber in the future
