"Grow to Cook Workshop" with PAS and Grow, Cook, Eat WA
About
Cook with the seasons. Grow with the community.Join us for a relaxed and practical hands-on cooking workshop where you’ll learn how to make the most of fresh, seasonal produce—and connect with others in your community.
In this 2-hour session, qualified Nutritionist Nicole Ingram from Grow Cook Eat WA will guide you through:
🌿What’s in season this winter
🌿How to choose and store fresh produce
🌿Simple, nourishing recipes you can recreate at home
You’ll cook together, pick up practical tips and tricks, and enjoy a shared meal at the end of the session.
🌱 More than a workshop…
This event also marks the beginning of something exciting—a new PAS Community Garden committee. We’re inviting you to be part of a group leading the development of our welcoming and green local space where you can:
✔Help grow seasonal produce
✔Share planting skills and knowledge
✔Help organise community planting and local connection events
✔Share and develop our PAS community garden to be accessible and sustainable
Whether you’d like to garden regularly, help occasionally, or simply learn more, this is a great opportunity to get involved.
