Lisa Peresan helps women care for themselves through the science of movement. Specialising in corrective exercise and building the strength you need for ease in your day-to-day, she understands the unique shifts that occur as we mature, which can make you feel "stuck" in your body. Lisa is completing an exercise science degree and is an experienced Pilates Practitioner, dance teacher and Pilates student mentor, teacher and assessor.
Carolyn Handley, loves helping women to unearth their own insights using deep talk storytelling techniques with playful curiosity. With a passion for personal transformation, Carolyn is a narrative coach, mindset coach and a spiritual director, with degrees in psychology and theology. She offers life coaching to women of all beliefs and backgrounds.
Sheena O’Beirne is passionate about helping women truly nourish their bodies, not just through what they eat but through what their bodies can absorb and use. With a warm and practical approach, Sheena is a highly experienced Naturopath, Nutritionist, and Yoga Teacher. She has over two decades in practice, specialising in digestive health, weight loss, and hormonal balance. She is the co-author of The Weekday Diet, Penguin, and provides simple, tailored solutions to help people regain control of their vitality.
