Pre-register your attendance and you go into the random draw to win $500 credit.
Add Check in at a participating venue and increase that to $1000 credit.

This promotion is conducted by Sunshine Celebrations (“the Promoter”).
Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Employees of Sunshine Celebrations and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
Participants must be attending the Vows & Views Festival on 25–26 July 2026.
How to Enter
To enter, participants must check in to at least one of the participating venues during the festival by scanning official QR Code = 1 entry
Pre-register their attendance for the Vows & Views Festival via the official registration link prior to attending entrants will be eligible for the increased prize = 1 entry
Prize Details
One prize only valued up to $1000 credit to be redeemed with one of the venues or suppliers after the event.
Standard Prize: $500 credit (for eligible entrants who complete QR check-in with at least one of the participating venues)
Bonus Prize: Increased prize of $1,000 credit (for eligible entrants who complete pre-registration and complete QR check-on)
Important Conditions:
The prize is not redeemable for cash.
The prize will be paid directly by Sunshine Celebrations to the winner’s chosen participating venue or supplier.
The selected venue or supplier must be associated with or participating in the Vows & Views Festival.
Any amount exceeding the prize value is the responsibility of the winner.
Draw Details
The prize draw will take place within 7 days following the conclusion of the festival (after 26 July 2026).
The draw will be conducted at random.
Winner Notification
The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at registration.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.

Sunshine Celebrations collects personal information from entrants for the purpose of administering this promotion in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Participating venues and suppliers for prize fulfilment
Third-party service providers assisting with event registration, QR code check-ins, and administration
All third parties are required to handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Storage & Security:
The Promoter will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure.
Access & Correction:
Entrants may request access to or correction of their personal information at any time by contacting the Promoter.
Marketing Communications:
By entering, participants may receive communications from Sunshine Celebrations related to this event and similar promotions. Participants can opt out at any time.
General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

The Promoter may publish the winner’s name for promotional purposes.
