HRHS 2026 Year 10 FormalTo lock things in, deposits are due by 1 June. The reason we need deposits early is because the venue depends on how many people are coming. Once we know the numbers, we can book the best venue for everyone.

Deposit: $50 per person (due 01/06)
Date: 27th November 2026
Ticket cost: Up to $110 max, depending on the venue
Venue choice depends on attendance numbers
What your ticket covers:
Venue hire
Soft drinks
Staffing
Entree
Main meal
Cake / dessert
How the venue option works:
If 70 or more people are attending (including plus ones), the formal will be held at Farmers Wife Distillery
If less than 70 people attend, the venue will be Tocal Homestead.
This is why there’s some uncertainty around the venue right now, it all comes down to how many deposits are paid by the due date.
Plus ones are welcome and you will need to pay a despoit for them as well, but they will be strictly managed. There will be security at the event, and any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. If you or your plus one break the rules, you may be asked to leave the event.
