2026 T2 Student & Parents Event- GlenX, Life after Glenaeon
About
This evening brings our students together with Glenaeon alumni (known as GlenX) who graduated between five and fifteen years ago, former students whose paths beyond school are close enough to feel relatable, yet rich enough to offer genuine insight.Through honest storytelling and conversation, alumni will share how their lives have unfolded since leaving Glenaeon. Their journeys span university, TAFE, apprenticeships, travel, unexpected detours, and the early chapters of professional life, reflecting the many ways a meaningful future can take shape.
What to expect:
• Keynote Story
A 10–15 minute presentation from alumnus, Mikki Ree (Crime Scene Officer, NSW Police) sharing their post school journey.
• Panel Conversation
Alumni discuss study choices, career pathways, challenges, and learnings.
• Small Group Career Circles
Informal conversations where students can ask questions, hear real experiences, and gain practical insight into life after school.
Our aim is to inspire, demystify and gently challenge students as they begin to imagine their own pathways beyond Glenaeon. By hearing a diversity of stories across industries and interests, students are encouraged to see that there is no single “right” path, only one that continues to unfold with curiosity, courage and care.
We look forward to welcoming students and families to this special evening of connection, reflection and possibility.
