Newhaven College Fete Food Truck and Stall Bookings 2026

Thank you for your interest in trading at the Newhaven College Fete.This is a large community event with strong attendance from school families and the wider community. We are seeking a variety of high-quality food trucks and vendors to create a vibrant food precinct.
Event Details
Date: Friday 20 November 2026
Public Trading Hours: 3:30pm – 7:30pm
Location: Newhaven College Grounds
Site Size: 3m x 3m (unless otherwise paid and approved by organisers)
Bump-in
All vendors must be fully set up by 2:30pm.
Vehicle access to stalls will not be permitted once the event begins and no refunds are available for late or no attendance.
Vendors must supply:
• Tables, marquees, weights and all stall infrastructure or food truck
• All cooking and serving equipment
• Rubbish removal from your site
Marquees and Stall Safety
• Marquees must be weighted/secured appropriately.
• Pegging into the ground is NOT permitted.
• No trip hazards (loose cables, ropes, signage, etc)
• All signage must remain within your stall footprint.
• A-frame signs are not permitted unless folded flat against your stall.
Power Requirements
Power is limited and must be requested during booking. If using power:
• All leads and equipment must be tested and tagged.
• Power boards must include a surge safety switch.
• Vendors must bring their own extension leads and power boards.
Food Safety and Fuel Use
All food vendors must comply with local council food regulations. If using gas or fuel burners:
• You must have fuel storage and safety procedures in place.
• Fuel must be stored and handled safely and all times.
• Fire safety compliance is mandatory.
Failure to comply with safety requirements may result in removal from the event.
Payment required at the time of booking via TryBooking.

within 48 business hours of your booking.
If documents are not received within this timeframe, your booking may be cancelled.
Required documents (as applicable)
• Certificate of Public Liability Insurance
• Food Registration / Food Handling Certificate
• Working With Children Check for all individuals assisting with your foodtruck/stall
• Electrical Test & Tag certificates (if using power)
Please make one booking per stall.
