Our speaker Lt Col (Ret) Mike Scott CSC, served in Timor Leste, Bougainville, Iraq, and Afghanistan, but also as Head of Military in Australia's United Nations contingent overseeing the border between Israel and Lebanon.
Whilst in the Middle East, Mike saw the reality on the ground and the manipulation of news by the Western Press. Following October 7, but especially the rally outside the Opera House two days later, Mike who refuses to be a bystander, established the 2023 Foundation to speak out against Antisemitism. He has written two books following the Bondi Massacre and is eminently qualified to explain the consequences.
