Timed Up and Go Test (TUG)
Sit to Stand tests (30-second or 5x STS)
Forward Reach (seated or standing)
9-Hole Peg Test
Before your session, you’ll receive a simple handout explaining each assessment so you know exactly what to expect.
After completing your assessments, you’ll sit down with a neuro specialist therapist who will walk you through your results, explain what they mean, and provide practical recommendations tailored to you.
