Aviation Careers at WSI for Schools

Western Sydney International (Nancy-Bird Walton) Airport (WSI) is coming to life! As we get closer to opening, we are hosting Aviation Career Info Sessions where you can learn, connect and explore a wide range of future opportunities across airport operations, border services, biosecurity, airlines, air traffic management, cargo, freight operations, retail and so much more!

You’ll have the opportunity to connect with future employers across the WSI precinct, learn about support and pathways into employment and the opportunity to connect with aviation-specific training providers.  

This is your chance to discover exciting aviation careers and training opportunities that will grow across the precinct over the years ahead.

 Event Details 

Date: Friday 22 May 2026 

Time: 9am – 12pm; with the option to select from 1 of the following sessions:

• Session 1: 9am - 12pm 

Note - Registrations must be made through a school, with a maximum of 10 students per school. Individual student registrations are not accepted; all students wishing to attend must register via their school.

Location 

These sessions will be held in person at Western Sydney International (WSI) Terminal at Nancy Drive, Badgerys Creek. Navigate to the security check point on Nancy Drive and show your ticket on entry.

Parking

After clearing the checkpoint, drivers should follow directional signage to P2 to access the car park.

Registration 

Places are limited and registration is essential. 

Note - entry to the event will only be permitted to those with a valid ticket.
