Whether you’re just stepping into the world of strata management or looking to refresh and update your knowledge, the A100 Introduction to Strata Course is your perfect next step.
Join us for a comprehensive three-day training program designed to strengthen your understanding of strata governance, leadership, and financial management. Each day focuses on a key area of professional knowledge essential for effective strata management, with interactive workshops included to supplement this.
Day 1: Legal and Governance Foundations
Learn the core legal concepts that underpin strata communities. Gain practical knowledge on contract management, reading and understanding plans of subdivision, as well as making sound governance decisions.
Day 2: Financial Management, Maintenance and Risk Management
Build confidence in financial management through hands-on lessons and workshops in budgeting, sinking funds and financial statements. Learn best practices for maintaining common property and long-term planning, as well as identifying and managing risk, including insurance responsibilities.
Day 3: Community Management, Leadership and Communication
Develop leadership and interpersonal skills to manage strata communities effectively. Explore ethical decision-making, rules and disputes, in addition to improving communication skills.
