Collaborate to Innovate!
About
Watch what happens when diverse minds come together to create MAGIC!
This fun, high-energy workshop helps ECU students and staff learn how to collaborate in cross-disciplinary teams to develop early-stage ideas with creative, practical, social or cultural potential.
Working in small teams, participants will explore new opportunities, consider who will be impacted by that opportunity being realised, what form it could take, and how it could begin to evolve.
The session concludes with each team pitching their concept to the group using the infamous Gaddie structure whilst discovering more about how the CreatorsLAB can take your idea to the next level.
ECU's Geremy Farr-Wharton will facilitate the session, bringing his experience in business creation, innovation, and helping people turn early ideas into practical opportunities. Geremy is known for creating sessions that are energetic, fun, and highly engaging, encouraging students to get involved, think creatively, and work collaboratively. His facilitation style will help students feel comfortable sharing ideas, forming teams, testing assumptions, and shaping their thinking into a clear and compelling pitch.
This session is free to attend, but registration is essential.
Please note: this session is delivered in person in the CreatorsLAB and will not be available online or recorded.
