About
Dance for Wellbeing is a 6 week dance program for people over 60 who would like to explore gentle dance in a relaxed, supportive setting.Led by Heidi Barrett and Edna Reinhardt, this series of workshops offer simple guided movement to a range of music, options to sit or stand, and a short guided relaxation to conclude. The focus is on moving with ease, awareness, and enjoyment.
This workshop is suitable for people who appreciate a softer, attentive approach. Wheelchairs and other aids are welcome.
