🌹 FACILITATOR BIO 

Sophie Sämrow is a Somatic Trauma Therapist and Breathwork Facilitator specialising in nervous system regulation and trauma-informed care.

With a strong foundation in somatic therapy, EMDR, NLP, and integrative healing practices, Sophie supports individuals in safely processing stored emotions, regulating their nervous system, and transforming deeply rooted patterns that impact their wellbeing and sense of self.

She has extensive experience facilitating both group containers and 1:1 sessions, creating structured, supportive, and trauma-informed spaces where participants can explore their inner world at their own pace.

Known for her grounded and compassionate presence, Sophie bridges evidence-based therapeutic approaches with embodied practices, guiding individuals back into connection with their body, their inner resources, and a sustainable sense of safety from within.

Her work is rooted in professionalism, integrity, and deep respect for the body’s innate capacity to heal.
