You wake up each day with the best intentions but things just aren’t quite going how you thought they would.You have a steady job, but it sucks the life out of you as it’s mind numbing and by the end of the day you are wiped out of energy.
You are kick starting your system with coffee each day to wake up then a glass of wine (or 2) each night to relax and wind down.
Your clothes are feeling a little tighter than you want, but you tell yourself its ok…this is normal as you get older.
Your kids want to hang out with you but you don’t have the capacity to interact so you tell them to just go on the iPad….each time telling yourself it’s just for now. But that was years ago that you started telling yourself that little lie and now they are teenagers and its just what is done.
Your relationship ticks along, it’s ok though…you tell yourself you don’t need a deep connection. Just having someone to come home to is enough, no matter if you are both happy or not.
You have your purpose in looking after everyone else, it doesn’t matter if you end up run down, unhealthy and unhappy does it?
After all who are you to deserve unadulterated contentment in your life? Or to feel joy and energy rippling through your body? Or to have unwavering confidence in who you are?
WHO ARE YOU NOT TO? That is in capitals because I want you to acknowledge that questions within yourself, because seriously….who are you not to feel contentment, fulfillment, love, energy, joy, success?
You deserve it but there is work to do before you can get there.
If even one of the first statements resonate with you, then what is just half a day spent on taking a good look at where you are at, where you want to be and what the steps are to get there?
I have been in your shoes and I can tell you now that you have 2 choices, either keep trickling along and allowing your life to bounce around and being frustrated.
Or you take control, and make a choice to allow yourself to live a live that is better than you thought possible.
There is only one person that can do this and that is you.
I know the sheer level of determination and unwavering belief it takes. It’s consistent inner work and daily action in the small things again and again.
I’m running a half day workshop where you will define:

Understanding emotional energy and getting clear on what drains and energises you.
How to rewire the negative self-talk into your inner champion.
Identifying boundaries for yourself and others and how to communicate and maintain them.
Getting a crystal clear vision on what to joyful and light version of you looks and feels like.
How to take ownership of mistakes and chapters of your life that have not gone as planned, to take learning from them, gain acceptance and feel forgiveness and release from what has been weighing you down.
