MUNC Coaches Corner
Now that we’ve got a few games under our belts, it’s the perfect time to come up for air and see how everyone is tracking. We’re hosting a casual drop-in session for all our coaches and managers to connect, swap stories, and troubleshoot the season so far.
What’s on the Agenda?
This is an open forum to discuss anything and everything impacting your team. Whether you need a fresh perspective or just want to share a win, we can discuss:
- On-Court Technicals: Specific skills, fresh drill ideas, or tactical adjustments.
- Team Dynamics: Managing player attitudes, motivation, and sideline culture.
- New Manager Support: Our new Manager Support Lead, Nicole Pamula, will be there specifically to guide our first-time managers.
The Details
Think of this as a "mental halftime" to recharge for the rest of the season.
- Vibe: Collaborative, supportive, and informal.
- Food & Drink: We’ll provide the nibbles; drinks will be available for purchase at the bar.
- Why attend? Come lean on the experienced coaches to make sure you’ve got the tools you need for the rest of the season.
