About
The Synergise Elite Pathways Touch Academy is designed for young aspiring athletes looking to take their game to the next level.Led by Australian representatives and current Victorian Women’s Open Coach and Captain Elies El Chaar & Leah Percy, this program provides a rare opportunity to learn directly from some of the state's most experienced and successful coaches and players.
Participants will also benefit from the involvement of some of Victoria’s top players and development coaches, creating a high-performance training environment that challenges and supports every athlete.
This academy is ideal for players who are:
Aiming to trial for Victorian SSV or NYC teams
Looking to elevate their performance at school level
Preparing to compete in higher grades such as VT League
Across the 5 sessions, players will develop advanced skills, game awareness, decision-making, and physicality required to compete at an elite level — all within a positive, energetic, and high-standard environment.
5-session program - Friday nights, 5:00pm – 6:30pm
