PubSing Bendigo #3 - Beds are Burning
PubSing is proud to present our third big sing at the Old Church on the Hill in Bendigo.
This will be a very special event for Reconcilation week. We'll be participating in the Reconciliation Australia annual national choirs project where hundreds of communities across the country sing the same song.
The song this year is Midnight Oil's iconic land rights anthem 'Beds are Burning'. We will learn a special three part arrangement over the course of the night, and then belt it out wholeheartedly, singing up Dja Dja Wurrung country together.

Everyone welcome.
First Nations folk are warmly encouraged to attend - free entry.

The theme of NRW this year is 'All In', a call for all Australians to commit wholeheartedly to reconciliation every single day.
❤️PubSing and the Old Church on the Hill are a proud allies of DJAARA and the Dja Dja Wurrung community. We pay our deepest respect to elders past and present, and to emerging young Aboriginal community leaders.
