A bit nervous about sewing with zips? Start out with making a zipped cushion cover - it's low risk and a simple insertion. Either bring your own fabric (unused textiles that can be repurposed such as tablecloths or doona covers are great!) or use some of our clean, donated fabrics and keep them in use. We'll provide zips and thread, as well as morning tea.
