As the longest night of the year arrives, we are called inward... to remember, to honour, to give thanks.

This is a time where the Earth slows down,

where the land whispers,

and where we are invited to come back into right relationship —

with ourselves, with each other, and with the spirit of this land.

 

We gather in ceremony, in prayer, in community 🤍

Over two sacred days, we will weave together:

You are welcome to join us for one the Saturday / the Sunday or both days.

This is more than a gathering…

Together, we honour the land that holds us,

giving back through our prayers, our presence, and our gratitude.

Sophie is the founder of Conscious Flow Breathwork a passionate Holistic Health Coach, Mindset Coach, Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Facilitator, Trauma Release,  Breathwork Facilitator, Cacao ceremonialist, NLP Master Practitioner, Timeline Therapist , Hypnotherapist , Sound Healer, Meditation & Mindfulness Compassion Teacher, Reiki Practitioner and teacher. 

She she is here to help you move beyond the traumas of the past, outdated believes, and patterns.  Opening your heart, connecting to your highest self and true essence , raising your vibration, and awakening the healer within you, are at the core of the practices she lovingly shares.

Phoenix 'Whitecalf' is a global embodiment leader and co-director of Dancing Freedom International, devoted to exploring dance, authentic movement, and ritual as pathways to healing and empowerment for over 25 years. Inspired by transformative experiences on dance floors around the world, Phoenix believes in dance as a force for both personal and collective evolution, contributing to the global shift unfolding in these times.
Through her classes, workshops, and teacher trainings worldwide, Phoenix invites others to embrace their bodies’ natural intelligence as a means of connecting to life’s fullest potential. With a mission to empower, she guides individuals to awaken the wisdom that resides within and encourages them to use movement and ceremony as a source of freedom, expression, and deep connection to self and community, and the 'more than human' world.

 

ABOUT CARL

Carl has been a student of diverse movement and sound arts for over 20 years. Travelling the globe studying ancient lineages of wisdom, spiritual traditions, modalities and embodiment practices such as Buddhism, Daoism, Yoga, Qigong, Deep Ecology and many Indigenous cultures. His facilitation synthesizes the essence of our ancestral and cellular memory with our human desire for regenerative living and expanding our relationships to the interconnection of self and all life. He shares the deep healing benefits of these practices to empower everyone’s own health, joy and wellbeing. He has been a trainer and educator for many years, currently supporting a range of land care projects, retreats, rituals, rites of passage and ceremonies focused on changing people's inner and outer landscapes.
