The IT is a critically acclaimed, dark, and fragmented play by Vivienne Franzmann, written for young people as part of the 2021 National Theatre Connections Festival. The Year 10 Drama students will explore adolescent mental health through a teenage girl experiencing a violent, metaphorical "thing" growing inside her that represents intense internal anxiety and rage.
