Hyatt Hotel Canberra invites you to join us for an intimate evening where each course is paired with award-winning wines from the National Wine Show, guided by the Chair of Judges, Matt Harrop, in the elegant surrounds of the Canberra Room.The evening will commence with sparkling wine and canapés as the palate then moves through lighter tannins to full-bodied wines and concluding with fortified wine. Your journey will take you through the iconic wine regions of Australia, as Matt speaks to the wine’s sense of place and what makes for an award-winning wine.
This event is limited to 60 guests.
Tickets are $200 per person and includes a four-course menu with matched wines.
