Canapes

• Yellowfin tuna tataki with wafu dressing pickled cucumber, served on nori rice paper chips, finished with tongarashi nori salt 
• King Island double brie with grapes and wafer thin crackers

• Creamy porcini mushroom chicken served in vol-au-vent pastries

• Lamb rump served with parsnip puree, roasted beetroot, honey roasted carrots, charred brocollini and red wine jus.
