✨⚓ BWIB Lunch & Learn – : Cycle-Savvy Leadership: Rethinking Confidence for Women in Business presented by Amy Jackson - leadership coach supporting middle managers and owners build confidence, clarity and sustainable performance.We’re changing it up! 2026 is going to look a little different for Bayside Women in Business… and we’re all about helping you build your business.
In this practical, workshop-style session, Amy shares her emerging Cycle-Savvy Leadership framework — a new approach to confidence that helps women in business work with their natural biological rhythms, rather than constantly pushing against them.
Together, we'll explore how different phases of the menstrual cycle influence energy, decision-making, communication and self-belief — and how to use that awareness to reduce Imposter Syndrome, improve wellbeing, and lead your business more effectively.
This is a highly interactive session designed for real-world application. You won't just learn the model — you'll start applying it to your own business straight away.
Expect insight, conversation, and a few "oh... that makes so much sense" moments.
