These terms and conditions govern the purchase of tickets to My Room’s Gala Ball & Auction (“the My Room Ball”) to be held on Saturday 29 August 2026 at Palladium at Crown presented by My Room Children’s Cancer Charity (“My Room”).
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS (BY TICKET HOLDERS)
Should you wish to cancel your ticket(s), you can do so by giving written notice to My Room prior to 5pm on Friday August 7 2026. No discussion will be entered into after such time. The My Room Ball has been created for a charitable cause therefore NO REFUNDS will be considered after this date. Only registered and approved guests will be granted permission of entry to the event – tickets are NON-TRANSFERABLE for security purposes. My Room Children’s Cancer Charity Limited reserves the right to deny entry to the event for whatever reason determined by them.
