I've teamed up with The Productivity Hub to run a Claude masterclass.

This is an intro session for those of you who are ready to get properly set up, or who are already fumbling around and still getting a bit lost (sames!). We'll work through it together in real time with Debbie from The Productivity Hub guiding us, capped at 20 so it stays practical and hands-on.

About This Masterclass

This masterclass is designed for OTs and allied health professionals who are ready to move beyond using AI as a glorified search engine. Whether you've dabbled in ChatGPT, recently made the leap to Claude, or haven't quite found your footing yet - this session meets you exactly where you are.

We'll focus on getting the foundations right: what AI can actually do for a busy clinician or practice owner, how to set it up properly from the start, and what a meaningful transition from ChatGPT to Claude looks like in practice. Practical, jargon-free, and immediately useful. You'll leave with Claude set up, customised to sound like you, and a clear sense of where to take it next.

Session Overview - Friday 29 May, 11:00 – 12:30pm NSW time!

1. Welcome, Why We're Here & Claude Orientation We'll cover what AI can genuinely do for OTs and allied health professionals, then move into an overview of Claude -- what's what, how it's structured, and the key language you need to know so you're not lost from the start.

2. Ground Rules - Privacy, Ethics & Confidentiality What to share with AI tools, how to handle client information and clinical data, and what sensible guardrails look like for health professionals. Quick to cover, essential to get right.

3. Setting Claude Foundations Get the backend right before anything else. We'll walk through the key settings - what to turn on, what to turn off, and how to configure Claude so it works the way you need it to from day one. We'll also cover the ChatGPT transition here for those making the move.

4. Getting Claude to Work Like You The hands-on first build. We'll set up Claude together in real time so it captures how you actually communicate - not how a generic AI output sounds. This becomes the foundation for everything Claude produces on your behalf going forward.

5. Your First Project - Built Live We'll build a project together, choosing from two practical options depending on what's most relevant to your work - either a template project for document generation, or a research project for reliable, citable clinical content.

6. Pick Your First Wins & Wrap Up Identify 2-3 use cases to action straight away and close with clear momentum - not a long to-do list.

This is a group session, so we'll be moving through together rather than troubleshooting individual setups. If you find you want more personalised support after the session, Debbie offers one-to-one work to take things further.
