About

This event is hosted by the parents of the Year 10 students. All enquiries, please direct them to the Formal WhatsApp group.

Inclusions:
3 courses, sit down dinner and soft drinks (please advise any dietary requirements).
Photo booth, DJ, Content Creator to share and capture the night.

*The girls are welcome to bring a partner of school age. No over 18. They will require a ticket for entry.

Students have the opportunity to list who they would like to sit with in groups of 10 or list a table name as reference. Student names will be crosschecked with the year list.

This event will be supervised by a handful of parents with WWCC. They will not be left unsupervised, and nobody will be allowed to leave the venue until 11.00pm. A female security guard will be onsite.

Ticket sales will close 19 November 2026.
