This technical workshop for food and agribusiness manufacturers, delivered by University of Queensland’s Food & Beverage Accelerator through an alliance with GMC, will focus on supporting your food and agribusiness manufacturers to keep pace with industry standards across food safety, shelf life, process control, and risk management.
The workshop is being held in Geelong and delivered by experienced trainer Kim Jorgensen – who has more than 25 years experience developing and maintaining food safety and quality systems across all areas of the supply chain, from product development and production through to auditing, compliance and training.

Tightening your regulatory compliance
Optimise your process control
Comparing methods of food preservation
Food microbiology and spoilage
Common HACCP audit failures
Preservation methods and shelf life
Hazard analysis and risk management
