Terms & Conditions
All attendees must provide their full name, emergency contact details when purchasing a ticket.

Entry is restricted to Year 11 Caulfield students only and students will be required to show their current Student ID to enter along with their confirmation of ticket (QR code).

Anyone arriving intoxicated or under the influence of drugs will not be admitted. Anyone caught consuming alcohol in public prior to entry will not be admitted. Anyone caught with drugs or alcohol will be immediately removed from venue.

Emergency contacts must be available for the entire duration of the event and attend if called. Management reserves the right to contact them at any time.

Bag checks will be conducted on entry. Alcohol, drugs, or prohibited items are not allowed.

Students must arrive before the lockout time of 12:15am. No entry will be allowed after this time.

No pass-outs will be permitted.

All students must be collected from the venue by 2am.

The organisers will take all reasonable steps to ensure attendee safety during the event. However, once an attendee leaves the venue, their safety and wellbeing are no longer the responsibility of the organisers or venue staff.

The guest list will be strictly enforced.

Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All tickets need to be purchased online in advance, no tickets will be able to be purchased at the venue.

Ticket Includes Entry, DJ, Security, Food & Soft Drinks

The Organiser acknowledges that the event will be supported by appropriately licensed security personnel, RSA-qualified staff and event personnel, including first aid-trained staff where reasonably practicable.

The Venue and Organiser agree to take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment for attendees. However, attendees and parents/guardians acknowledge that participation in the event is voluntary and subject to compliance with all venue rules, security requirements and applicable laws.

The Organiser, attendees and parents/guardians acknowledge that the Venue reserves the right to refuse entry, remove attendees, refuse service or end the event where required for safety, behavioural, operational or licensing reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Venue, its employees, contractors and agents against claims arising from the actions or conduct of attendees organised or invited by the Organiser, except where caused by the negligence of the Venue.
