Join us for a practical, down-to-earth parent information session designed to help you feel more confident and calm during mealtimes with your children.Led by a paediatric Speech Pathologist and Occupational Therapist, this workshop will walk you through evidence-based strategies to support your child’s eating—with less pressure, power struggles, or overwhelm.
🍽️What we’ll cover:
- Why children can become selective or “fussy” with their food
- How to reduce stress and pressure at mealtimes
- Practical strategies to encourage variety, participation and fun!
- What’s typical vs when to seek further support
- How to build positive, enjoyable mealtime routines
You’ll leave with realistic, easy-to-implement ideas and strategies that you can start using straight away.
