BODY ~ MIND ~ HEARTA full-day immersion exploring the body, mind and emotions through gentle yoga, breath, self-inquiry, conversation, reflection and deep rest.
Throughout the day, we’ll explore how we each move through the world ~ through thinking, feeling and instinct, using the wisdom of the Enneagram as a gentle framework for awareness rather than typing or labelling.
You are invited to be a part of a spacious, grounded experience designed to support:

~ Guided, choice-based sharing circle to support connection & insight
~ Deep rest for clarity, grounding & integration through yoga nidra.
~ Inclusive & accessible space & movement ( mats, bolsters, blankets are provided & although yoga nidra is traditionally practiced lying down, chairs are available for seated variation)
~ Nourishing lunch, teas & props provided. (dietary needs catered for)
~ The studio is accessible via stairs or lift and there is plenty of undercover parking)
