VCE Theatre Studies Production - 'Sorry, Wrong Number'

Please join us for a theatrical production of Lucille Fletcher’s Sorry, Wrong Number, performed, directed, and designed by the University High School VCE Theatre Studies class.Originally a radio play, first airing on Suspense radio program in 1943, Sorry, Wrong Number follows the tale of Mrs. Stevenson, an imperious invalid, who accidentally intercepts a phone call between two men plotting a murder for that evening. Attempting to enlist the help of the telephone operator, the police, and even a hospital, Mrs Stevenson becomes only more frantic as time passes and help isn’t found. In the final moments of the play, she realises that she is the intended victim.
The performance run time is 30 minutes, followed by a Q&A with students.
Doors open at 6:15pm for a start time of 6:30pm.
